Construction has wrapped up at Fisher Brothers' 36-story tower in Murray Hill. Designed by Handel Architects with interiors by Rockwell Group, the 297-unit residential rental tower features a curved southern façade with large glass bays and vertical stripes of shadow box units that create a random pattern. Horizontal and vertical white spandrel panels frame and define these glazing zones throughout the facade.

Amenities for the residents include a second floor Club Level with personal workstations, conference center, library, catering kitchen, game room, and an outdoor terrace. A fitness center with yoga studio and children's playroom is also available on the ground floor.

111 Murray Street

Northwest corner.

Construction progress continues at 111 Murray Street, the 64-story residential tower from developers Fisher Brothers, Witkoff, and New Valley. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, the 792-foot-tall tower features a curved form that flares outward as it rises. The tower has surpassed the half way mark for height, as concrete superstructure reaches the 36th floor.

The exterior of the tower will be sheathed in a glass curtain wall, with curved glass panels at the northwest and southeast corners. Installation of the curtain wall has now reached the 15th floor.

111 Murray Street

Superstructure is rising at 111 Murray Street, the 64-story residential tower from developers Fisher Brothers, Witkoff, and New Valley. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, the 792-foot-tall tower features a curved form that flares outward as it rises. The exterior of the tower will be sheathed in a curved glass curtain wall.

Inside, the tower will offer 157 residential condominium units ranging from one to five-bedrooms, with two full-floor penthouses at the tower's crown. Design of the residential units is helmed by David Mann of MR Architecture + Décor, while Rockwell Group is in charge of the more than 20,000-square-feet of amenities. Along with a patisserie, lounge, grand private dining room, spa and fitness center, residents will also have access to a 75 foot lap pool and 25 foot splash pool.

Curtain wall installation has begun at Fisher Brothers' tower in Murray Hill by Handel Architects.

Curtain wall installation is underway at Fisher Brothers' 36-story tower in Murray Hill. Designed by Handel Architects, the 372-unit residential tower features a curved southern facade. Concrete superstructure has reached the 24th floor and the glass curtain wall trails behind at the seventh floor. The design of the curtain wall features blue glass with vertical stripes of a different shade of blue to create a random pattern. Horizontal and vertical white spandrel panels frame and define these glazing zones throughout the facades. With only a third of the structure left to go, completion looks on track for an early 2017 completion.
