Superstructure is close to topping out at 215 Chrystie, the 28-story tower from developers Ian Schrager, HFZ Capital Group, and the Witkoff Group. With only one residential floor and the rooftop mechanical space left to pour, the tower has almost reached its final height and has started to become visibly prominent in its Bowery neighborhood. Installation of the project's signature sloped windows has also made significant progress, surpassing the tower's halfway mark.
