Construction Update: 150 East 78th Street
Facade installation is ongoing at Midwood Investment & Development and EJS Group’s residential condo tower at 150 East 78th Street on the Upper East Side. Designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, the tower facade features brick and the firm’s signature classical details in cast stone. The tower will offer 25 condo residences with interiors designed by Robert Couturier.
