Construction Update: 1 Great Jones Alley
Construction scaffolding is coming down on the Broadway facade of 1 Great Jones Alley, Madison Realty Capital’s 12-story residential building in the NoHo neighborhood of Manhattan. Designed by BKSK Architects, the facade references the brick and cast iron context of the neighborhood with its own brick and glass primary facade and secondary screen of terra-cotta fins.
