Construction is wrapping up on Focus Property Group’s residential rental building One Park Point at 11 Ocean Parkway in the Windsor Terrace neighborhood of Brooklyn. Designed by FXCollaborative, the 13-story residential building sits adjacent to Machate Circle at the southwest boundary of Prospect Park and features a massing that adapts to the curve of the circle. The facade is composed of tan, orange, and grey brick and large punch windows.

Construction Tour: HERO - 24-16 Queens Plaza South

North facade.

Facade installation is nearing completion at Silverback Development’s HERO, a 23-story residential condo tower in Long Island City, Queens. Designed by Woods Bagot, the project includes the conversion of the existing five-story brick building and the addition of a 18-story tower above. The tower is clad in white metal panel and glass, with black metal panel accents that introduce a flowing movement to the facade. Balconies at the northwest corner of the tower add an organic contrast to the tower’s three other edges and offer panoramic views of Manhattan and Queens. Sales and marketing will be led by The Serhant Team at Nest Seekers International.

When completed, the tower will offer 109 condo units ranging in size from studios to two-bedrooms. Residents will have access to over 15,000 square feet of amenities including a Zen Garden adjacent to the lobby, a Social Parlor and multipurpose Dining Room, a Wellness Center with fitness club and yoga studio, a Veranda at the top of the original brick structure, and a Sky Lounge and outdoor rooftop terrace.

Construction Update: 108 Chambers

Northeast corner.

Facade installation is underway at Greystone Development’s 108 Chambers, a 10-story residential condo building in Tribeca. Designed by Woods Bagot, the low rise building features a window wall facade with a combined slab and spandrel cover made of angular metal panel with a dark brown metallic finish. The massing includes setbacks at the seventh floor and the duplex penthouse on the ninth floor, which will allow for private outdoor terraces for the adjacent residential unit.

Construction is wrapping up at 203 Jay Street, a 33-story mixed use tower in Downtown Brooklyn from architects Woods Bagot. The 355,000-square-foot project will offer retail and commercial office space in the eight-story podium and 270 residential rental units in the tower above.

Superstructure has topped out at Park and Shore, the two tower residential development on the Jersey City waterfront from developers Strategic Capital and construction by Plaza Construction. Woods Bagot is leading the design of the 37-story 75 Park Lane and the 7-story Shore House.

75 Park Lane will feature 358 residences with panoramic views of the Manhattan and New Jersey waterfront from its floor-to-ceiling glass. The 7-story Shore House will offer 71 residential units.
