Tour: King and Sullivan
Construction has wrapped up at King and Sullivan, a collection of 22 single-family townhouses in Red Hook, Brooklyn. Developed by Sanba and designed by AA Studio, the townhouses featured five different facades that alternate among brick, terracotta, and corten steel.
Each of the 22 townhouses offer four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with private outdoor space at the ground floor and roof.

Morris Adjmi Architects and AA Studio's 290 West, in TriBeCa, reaches substantial completion of its metal and glass facade.
All scaffolding is down at VE Equities' 290 West, fully revealing the metal and glass façade. Located in Tribeca, the 9-story condo from Morris Adjmi Architects and AA Studio offers 11 loft-style apartments that overlook the Hudson River. The building massing is composed of a 6-story base with a 3-story setback that creates an outdoor terrace on the seventh floor. A large 2-story box tops the west façade and indicates the double height space of the penthouse unit.

290 West
Scaffolding has started to come down at VE Equities' 290 West, revealing the metal and glass facade that has become a signature of the Adjmi and Andreoli collaboration. The nine story residential building at the corner of Canal Street and the West Side Highway will offer 11 loft-style apartments, all of which contain waterfront views. With the setback on the sixth floor, some units will offer outdoor terraces. The gridded steel and glass façade evokes the industrial character of the TriBeCa neighborhood.
