Preliminary site work is underway at Ian Schrager's curvy, 12-story condo building on the Hudson River waterfront. Designed by Herzog & deMeuron, architects of Schrager's 215 Chrystie and 40 Bond, the building features a curved façade of exposed concrete and floor to ceiling glass. The completed project will bring 49 condo units to its West Village neighborhood.
