Construction has reached the third floor at James Carpenter's 10-story, 120,000-square-foot mixed-use office adjacent to the High Line in the Meatpacking District. The all glass tower sits between the Standard Hotel and the High Line Building. A two-story retail space is located at the ground floor with visibility from the High Line. The building will seek LEED certification and feature recycled materials including terra cotta, zinc, and perforated metals as well as concrete and glass. Construction is slated to finish in 2015.
