Facade installation is ongoing at Naftali Group’s 19-story residential tower The Willow in the Gramercy neighborhood of Manhattan. Designed by COOKFOX Architects, the tower’s facade features red brick and industrial styled punch windows cladding a massing that includes numerous setback terraces and partially enclosed loggias. Facade details include segmental arches formed by soldier coarse brick, commonly found in industrial buildings.

When completed, the development will offer 69 residences ranging in size from one to three-bedrooms and a four-bedroom penthouse residence at the top of the tower. Residents will have access to a collection of amenities designed by Rockwell Group that includes a rooftop terrace, Mermaid Room, fitness center with sauna, library, cinema, children’s playroom, music room, and garden courtyard..

Williamsburg Wharf

Construction is wrapping up on the first three towers at Naftali Group’s Williamsburg Wharf residential development in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The five building development will occupy 3.75-acres with over 525 feet of waterfront. Landscape architecture firm SCAPE is leading the design of the green spaces, plazas, and promenade.
One Williamsburg Wharf, the first tower of the development’s first phase, is designed by Brandon Haw with Hill West Architects. The condominium tower offers residences ranging in size from studio to three-bedrooms, with six penthouse units at the tower crown. A second tower and connected podium offers residential rentals ranging in size from studio to two-bedrooms.

Amenities for the residents include a private port cochere with double height motor and pedestrian entryways, private garden, library, co-working lounges with indoor and outdoor spaces, private dining room with kitchenette, private cinema, residents’ lounge, children’s playroom, outdoor terrace, bike storage, and pet grooming. Additionally, the Williamsburg Wharf Resort and Recreation Club will offer a multi-season rooftop, outdoor lounge with a 60-foot pool, seasonal ice skating rink, fitness facilities, yoga and flexible fitness area, lounges, and a basketball court.

470-490 Kent - Willliamsburg Wharf

Facade installation is ongoing at Naftali Group and Access Industries’ three-tower development at 470-490 Kent on the Williamsburg waterfront in Brooklyn. Designed by Brandon Haw Architecture LLP with Hill West Architects, the 683,883 square foot development will offer 607 residential units and 18,482 square feet of commercial space. Curtain wall installation is wrapping up on the last quarter of the first two towers at 480-484 Kent Avenue, a 21-story tower, and 490 Kent Avenue, a 22-story tower. The final 22-story tower at 470 Kent Avenue has yet to rise above ground.
