Facade installation progresses at the 9-story, 16-unit condo building by KPF in the SoHo neighborhood. Since our exclusive tour last October, the majority of the exterior wall framing has been installed and the glazing has reached approximately half of the primary facade on Grand Street. The glazing is actually comprised of operable French doors with a glass-and-perforated metal railing which allows light, air and privacy for the residents inside. Construction looks to be on track for completion later this year.
