Construction has wrapped up at Amant Foundation’s art campus in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by Jing Liu and Florian Idenburg of SO-IL, the campus spreads across four structures connected by courtyards and thoroughfares.
315 Maujer Street
Clad in white bricks that rotate around the structure and a continuous band of aluminum louvers at the top, 315 Maujer Street houses gallery spaces and offices.

932 Grand Street
An existing marble shop has been converted into 2,000 SF of gallery space and a cafe/bookstore with a new facade of scored clay brick and semi-open galvanized steel channels.

306 Maujer Street
Two textured concrete volumes at 306 Maujer Street house the studios and library for the artist residency program and Geza, the 1800 SF multifunction space dedicated to live events.

Northwest corner.
Pace Gallery's eight-story expansion near the High Line has officially opened to the public. Designed by Bonetti/Kozerski Architecture, the 75,000 square foot development encompasses art galleries, offices, event spaces and private viewing rooms. The ground floor includes a public library of Pace's 10,000 catalogued volumes and a gallery with 20 foot ceiling height, currently showing works by Calder and Yto Barrada . The top two floors are suspended above a large outdoor terrace on the sixth floor, with an additional terrace on the second floor.

Facade installation is underway at the primary street facade, with large panels of black volcanic stone and large windows already cladding the lower half of the structure.

503 West 24th Street - The Getty
Curtain wall installation is underway at the latest condo adjacent to the High Line. The 11-story condo tower by Victor Homes and Michael Shvo is located on the site of the former Getty gas station. Peter Marino, an architect often known for his fashionable interiors for luxury brands, is responsible for the design. The tower will feature a facade of dark metal and glass at varied widths throughout. An art gallery is slated for the ground floor, a typical tenant for retail space in the neighborhood.
