Facade installation is ongoing at Adam America Real Estate and Northlink Capital’s 20-story residential tower The Westly on the Upper West Side. Designed by ODA New York, the tower massing features a series of cantilevers at the north facade, extending out over an existing four story structure. When completed, the project will offer 57 units and amenities that include a lounge, teen lounge, fitness center, roof deck with outdoor pool, music practice room, children’s playroom, storage, bike room, central laundry room, and pet washing station.

Facade installation is underway at Adam America Real Estate’s 19-story residential condo tower at 2505 Broadway on the Upper West Side. Designed by ODA New York, the facade features multi-story windows and a light grey hand laid brick with rounded edges at the window jambs.

Construction Update: 561 Pacific Street

Construction scaffolding has come down at 561 Pacific, revealing the facade of Adam America Real Estate’s twelve story residential condominium building in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. Designed by ODA New York, the building exterior features a brick facade with the firm’s signature eroded massing at the top penthouse floors. Punch windows are interspersed with larger window wall units on the lower floors, with larger expanses of glass at the upper floors, echoing the progression of erosion in the massing.

Residents will have access to three floors of amenities including a private fitness center, children’s playroom and residents’ lounge that open onto a light-filled courtyard. A rooftop terrace offers panoramic views of Downtown Brooklyn.

Construction Update: 100 Norfolk
Looking up at the southwest corner from Delancey Street.
Scaffolding has come down at 100 Norfolk, a residential tower on the Lower East Side from developers Adam America Real Estate, The Naveh Shuster Group, and The Horizon Group. The steel and glass tower is designed by ODA with their signature boxy style. With the removal of the scaffolding, the facade's floor-to-ceiling glass and diagonal structural elements are now fully revealed.
