205 East 92nd Street
Installation of the exterior wall has reached substantial completion at Related's residential tower, 205 East 92nd Street, on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. The tower's facade is composed of a light beige brick, denser at the podium then transitioning to pier elements in the tower, and glass window wall in both large horizontal bands and two-story elements that punch through the brick façade. Designed by Handel Architects, the tower accommodates 230 residential units while the podium houses amenities for the residents, 33,000 square-feet of retail, and an outpost of the Winward School. Completion is expected sometime in 2016.

Superstructure continues to rise at Handel Architect's 388-foot tower in the Yorkville neighborhood on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. The 36-story, 230-unit tower has surpassed the seventh floor, completing the structure for the seven-story podium which houses an outpost of the Windward School, an Equinox gym, and other residential amenities. Related's mid block tower is situated behind a two-story building that fronts Third Avenue, ensuring good western views. Renderings indicate a brick and glass facade in keeping with most of the towers constructed in the neighborhood. This tower joins several others by SHoP, ODA and DDG that have been announced for the Upper East Side in anticipation of the opening of the Second Avenue subway line towards the end of the decade.
