Designed by ODA New York, the condo building features the architect’s signature eroded massing that affords covered balconies and stepped terraces at the upper floors. When completed, the project will offer 44 residential condo units, 21 of which will be duplexes.

Duplex Model Residence
The building offers 44 condo units, ranging in size from 1-to-4-bedrooms, with duplex layouts for almost half of the residences. Along with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, residences also feature wide plank oak flooring, custom kitchen cabinetry by GD, Italian Fior di Bosch stone kitchen countertops and backsplashes, and Bleu de Savoie honed marble bathroom floors and showers.
