Since the last update, in early May, construction has topped out on KPF's eight-story, 32 unit condo building at the High Line.

Construction Update: 500 W 21
Construction has reached the fifth floor at KPF's low rise residential building at the High Line. At only 80 feet tall and 8 stories, construction is at the half way mark on this 32 unit building. Though somewhat concealed from park visitors by the plantings on the High Line, the project is rapidly asserting itself alongside the multitude of other developments that have sprung up next to the park since its opening in 2009.
