Construction Update: 260 Bowery
East facade.
Facade installation is nearing completion at Nexus Building Development Group’s 8-story residential condo building 260 Bowery in the Nolita neighborhood of Manhattan. Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, the building features an exposed board-formed concrete facade with floor to ceiling windows in a regular grid. The project is located adjacent to another Morris Adjmi project at 250 Bowery, completed in 2013.
When completed, the building will offer three- and four-bedroom full floor residences with a duplex penthouse at the top.
